I went into the store on the off chance to get some more information about mattresses as I had no idea what I wanted or indeed needed for my new house. I was welcomed and talked through how the store was operating with the COVID precautions and advised of the area where you can get tested for mattress suitability. I went onto this and it generated options. I was guided through the store, with my own customer pillow and was able to try the various styles that would suit my needs. The gentleman was extremely helpful and informative, and he spent the most time helping me and I was very grateful for his time. Rachel carried out my purchase with a lady who had just started that week. Both ladies were very polite and helpful and quite honestly I had a wonderful shopping experience. I left having bought a new mattress and two Tempur pillows (they are so nice). I have already recommended my mum to go and visit the store as she has been talking about getting a new mattress for the past month or so. Thank you very much to all involved.
