The staff member was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was really friendly and his sense of humour made the normally mundane task of choosing a bed actually fun!

We visited Dundee store first and the staff were really helpful, informative and friendly. Took his time to speak to us and give us all the information we were looking for. We went back to the Perth store the next day and bought the mattress we had been looking at. Allan couldn’t have been more helpful, the mattress we wanted wasn’t on display there but he knew exactly what we were describing and talked us through all our options.

Alan and Hamilton were very helpful, informative, providing relevant knowledge to help us buy products we really need. They were very patient, listening to my needs and advising what could be the right product for us. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, all questions were answered professionally and all visit was a pleasure, great experience.
