On visiting store, was greeted by Hamilton & Rachel (was her 1st day). They were both very pleasant and professional. Hamilton explained it was Rachel’s first day and asked if we would be happy for her to help us, to which we agreed. They were both the upmost professionals. We used the dream machine to enable us to find a suitable mattress. Every thing was explained easily and all extra offered, which we accepted 2 of them. We were also offered a bottle of water, to which we declined. Excellent service, we were more than comfortable discussing our needs.
