We were met and welcomed at arrival by an assistant, who offered us hand sanitiser, towel, gloves and water. Colleague appeared very quickly and directed us about where to go and the procedure for social distancing. He was very thorough in finding out what we required and helped at every juncture. He was knowledgeable and very patient!

We were greeted politely by Russell and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Also the technology used to ensure we found our perfect mattress was really quite remarkable.

It has been a long time since I bought a new mattress, the choice of mattresses has changed dramatically in the intervening years. The staff member Russell was hugely helpful in helping to guide me though the best options, he was highly professional in his manner and pointed out the varying qualities of each mattress but ultimately letting me decide.
