We were delt with in a polite and informative matter. The choices of mattress we were shown were explained very well and gave us a good understanding of what we required for a good peaceful night's sleep

Allan was very helpful gave us a great choice of mattress which would help my husbands back problems he used the dreams machine to tell us what products would be best then showed us some mattress and let us have a walk round to talk about which ones we liked best he was extremely helpful and pleasant

The interaction from store assistants, the knowledge, the transparency and the not feeling too pressured. The order time until receiving the product was also excellent.
