The member of staff that helped me was very kind & very helpful. He explained the changes Dreams has made after the Covid19 Lockdown, for example giving customers their own pillow to use while trying out mattresses/beds. He was really helpful in finding me the perfect mattress I need seeing as I had a sore back & a problem with my shoulder. I used the machine that helps figure out what kind of mattress I need which was fun. It makes it easier to choose a mattress instead of spending ages trying load of different ones.

Being immunosuppressed I was concerned about venturing out. There was antibacterial sanitiser as well as gloves right at the front door for everyone. My ten year old son was with me as we were shopping for his new big boy bed and boy did he get one. Jessica was our assistant and she was not only very friendly, polite and fun, my son loved her to pieces, she had a bounty of knowledge and was fantastic and very patient while my son tried almost every mattress in store. We were shown and tried the amazing bed machine and offered something refreshing to drink. We ended up buying the Dawson surround sound bed with lots of storage. Trust me with a ten year old, it’s needed. Delivery was booked for less than two weeks and given the current situation THATS SUPERB!!! The whole experience, which I really was rather worried over, was not only informational, we learned so much about all the different beds etc it was easy, quick, hassle free and FUN oh and I also bought myself one of the cool pillows used it last night and wow first night in years I’ve not woken during the night covered in sweat, hair tangled in a ball, I love it.
