The store manager was excellent in everything he did for us, there was a problem with your payment system so the manager said he would contact me to organise payment as soon as the systems were working again so delivered exactly what he said he would. Having worked in retail for over 40 years I understand the difficulty when things out with your control go wrong so delivering a promise is the key thing for me. Dealt with Grant and Aimee at the Perth store, Grant ensured the the mattress I was buying was the best fit for me, and did not put me under any pressure to complete my order on my first visit, the headboard that I preferred was not available in the colour I wanted although my second choice was excellent as well, but I wanted to discuss the price with my husband. On my second visit to complete my order I was assisted by Aimee, she was in store on my first visit too. I told her I really preferred the Grove but it was not available on my first visit. She said let me check again, and to my delight it was coming back into stock, I was so happy, Aimee completed my sale and was absolutely lovely as was her colleague who offered my a coffee or tea. I left the store so happy and can’t wait for my bed and mattress to arrive.

Our assistant was excellent, gave us information when required but also gave us some space to discuss between ourselves. Very knowledgeable and answered all our queries to help us choose the correct mattress.

The lady who served me was relatively new but knowledge and friendly. Grant (I think!) who assisted her with my paperwork was excellent; patient with her and extremely knowledgeable on the mattress questions I had. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely trust him again when wanting another Tempur mattress.
