We were served by the manager called Hamilton in The Perth Store. Quite frankly If all customer service was as professional - as friendly - as understanding - as calm - as un-rushed - as welcoming and as sincere as Hamilton’s was to us - the world of the consumer would be a far better place and a far more enjoyable experience for most of us.

Jessica the sales assistant was great we went for a look at a new mattress not knowing what we were after. She put us on a mattress linked to a computer to see what mattresses suited us best and we bought the first one we tried even although we tried 4 others we were drawn back to the first one. We had our 3 children with us and it was not a problem to the staff in the shop they were chatting to the children and making them feel a part of the new mattress decision. We were very happy with the service we received and we will be back.

Cannot fault the help given by Hamilton. Very efficient but not pushy. Good explanation of the different types of mattress which helped greatly with our choice. Gave time to try all the ones recommended after the instore bed test.

The friendliness of the staff is unbelievable! We had a laugh with them, but was also very informed of all the product knowledge we needed to make an informed choice.
