Staff member was helpful but gave me time to look around without being pestered as well. Friendly and helpful service given measurements to take away and digest info and then had no problem in phoning the shop the next day to place my order. Once again got a very helpful person to speak to on the phone.

Customer service was excellent, Hamilton’s knowledge about buying the right bed was amazing, wouldn’t of bought one if it wasn’t for his help.

Went in just to look at prices of mattresses but come out buying one! So happy with the service we received from Hamilton! His knowledge was amazing, and we even bought 2 new pillows!

The salesman Hamilton took time to explain our various options and remembered us on our second visit. He even found a bed which was no longer on the floor as it had been superseded by a newer version but which suited us on our first visit

Upon entering the store we were spoken to by Hamilton who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had us use the bed technology to gain an insight into the best mattress for us. This was very helpful and made choosing a mattress much easier. We went onto purchase a mattress and two pillows as recommended and delivery is in a few days so we are very pleased.
