I visited the Perth store on the 21st September, the staff were fantastic, made me feel very welcome, went through everything in detail certainly knew what they were talking about so would just like to say thanks to josh and klaudia Lee Gowrie

We came into Dreams twice, the first time we told the sales assistant that we weren't going to be buying as we were looking for a bed for a house that was being built and had no idea when we were going to be moving in. Despite this Josh was incredibly helpful. He took us round the various styles of beds and showed us the bed test (to see what sort of bed suited us best). He was really knowledgeable and helped us a lot, even though he knew we weren't buying. The second time was when we bought the bed. It was Alan who helped us that day. Again we were stunned with how helpful the staff were. Overall we were incredibly happy with our experience in Dreams and can't rate Josh and Alan highly enough.

I had already picked out the items online before going to the store. The customer service was excellent and I was given recommendations on a more quality mattress. I therefore changed to the better quality item as advised. All in all I was really satisfied by the speedy service and transaction

Josh was excellent, not pushy but answered our questions and advised us without being pushe, he took thr time to explain everything and allowed us the time to make our desicion even though the store was due to close at 8pm he never once mentioned that he should have been closed, very professional and friendly. We made the purchase then because of Josh's level of customer service. He is a credit and an asset to your company and should be congtratulated for an excellent level service.
