Looking for a new mattress, Josh was very helpful, let us use the sleep machine, showed us all the mattress and pillows that suited us, explained the benefits of each with costs etc, but then left us alone to browse and try fir ourselves. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Xx

Josh represented your store very well. He was very polite gave you the space required great product knowledge showed us how to use the new sleep system and then spent time with us explaining the results and helping us choose our mattress as we had already decided we wanted a wooden frame. Very apologetic as he was on his own and another couple came in and asked if we minded if he went and said hello to them as he didn't want them being ignored as he was on his own but it was after 6pm and the store was open until 8pm hence why we went in but he handled everything very well from start to end even when I asked to changed the delivery date after the sale was processed.
