Very confident from a new employee. Approachable and knew when to ask for help when needed

We looked up the bed store on line as we had never visited it before. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and friendly by Alan who introduced himself. We were offered drinks/ beverages on arrival. We discussed which type of mattress we thought we were looking for with Alan and then tried the mattress tester machine. It identified we needed a firm/ very firm mattress. Alan then showed us several options and discussed with knowledge the benefit of each. We tried them all and decided on the one for us. We then looked at a new frame and decided to buy that as well to complete the bed. We found the help and knowledge from Alan and Emma very pleasing and made our shopping trip pleasurable. We look forward to shopping in there again in the near future.

I was extremely surprised and delighted at the high quality of service and respect shown by your sales assistants, Emma and Alan. Their knowledge, friendliness and the fact that they were not pushy was the reason I ordered my bed that day. I was intending to shop around, but I had no need to do so.

Excellent service from both the manager and his assistant. Problem getting cleared for credit however this was not the branches fault but the credit supplier
