The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, leaving us to browse and easily available when we had questions. Ben was helpful without being pushy when we wanted help.

Both members of staff were welcoming and helpful. As soon as I entered shop I felt comfortable and not pressured to make any purchase. Different options were offered with regards payment and lengthy time was spent ensuring I was happy with purchases and different alternatives were shown.

Benjamin, the young man was very knowledgeable and patient. The only "blame", I would have like to see a real single mattress on the floor.

Very competent staff and friendly service

I entered the store and was approached by the sales advisor Josh. He was very friendly and was able to explain all the various colour codes relevant to the different types of mattresses. He was very knowledgable regarding the product and after giving me all the details he allowed me to try out various mattresses on my own but to approach him if I required any further help. I was a previous customer of Dreams and therefore returned to replace my mattress. I was pleased with the service I received today.
