The Manager of the store took a great interest in us and tried very hard to get us the right product within our budget.

We were pleased with the product but especially pleased with the sales assistant who certainly knew his products and gave us all the information we needed but did not try to push us into any particular purchasel

Great customer service. The colleague allowed us time to have a look and think about our purchases before we went ahead and bought. He advised us on store deals and made everything we needed to know clear.

Service was good and very friendly and very helpful and gave us good advice on what we were looking for and made it easier to purchase what we were looking for and gave us a good deal we will recommend the store to family and friends for future shopping.

The member of staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer my questions, took time to explain different products and was not pushy. A really pleasant sales experience.

Good beds and easy to try with help and advice from Emma

The staff were very helpful while I was choosing a bed and helped me to get the right mattress for my bed.

From the time of arrival to the assistant helping us to our car, we were made to feel very important and as if we were the only customers in the store. The assistant was very knowledgeable of all products and listened to our needs making recommendations without us feeling any pressure to buy. The atmosphere in the store was calm and comfortable

Store outside city centre offered parking virtually at the door. The young assistant (Ben could not have been more helpful. He was polite, had great knowledge of the product he was selling , had a sense of humour and made the customer feel completely at ease. He explained the merits of each of the products, explained the pricing process and made my choice easy despite the great number of products available.

We have Josh to thank for the amazing mattress we ended up buying. We were both frazzled with so many choices coming from other bed retailers and he spent so much time with us to ensure this was the perfect mattress for us before proceeding. He also gave us plenty of time to think over the purchase and was not pushy at all. Great salesman. Thank you Josh!
