Everything was easy to identify through colour coding of different types of mattress. The assistant, Josh, explained this to us and provided an explanation of the different types of pocket Spring mattress. He then gave my wife and I enough time to try the mattresses out without pressurising us. It was generally a very satisfactory experience.

Hi was approached quickly by josh and he explained the different mattresses thourouly but was not overly pushy he was also helpful in what the insurance we could take out which I have on the mattress thank you

Benjamin was careful to listen to our requirements and immediatley correctly showed us to the appropriate area of the store. He was pleased to demonstrate the options open to us without at any time being “pushy” Which is always a turn off for us.
