I was unsure of the best product to purchase for my budget the sales assisstant was very helpful gave me all of the options which wiuld best suit my needs and budget

Shop, staff and products were great, Josh was very friendly and helpful. Product had a waiting time for delivery but this was explained before we purchased the goods and I was satisfied with the explanation given. Thanks

I had visited the store few weeks ago, Josh remembered me and he explained and showed me a range of beds that would meet what I was looking for. Josh was very professional friendly and has great customer service skills he is a credit to the store. When I returned next day he remembered all the details we had discussed and I made the purchase.

Staff are easy to talk to , explaining what I could get , what was available. I was surprised to be allowed to wear shoes on the bed , ( at home that's a clip on the earhole and a verbal roasting). Allowing me to try the firm mattresses was great , cos they're not all the same. That made choosing easy. I was pleased to wander into the store and leave happy , knowing my new bed will make my home more comfortable.

Josh was very good, very knowledgable but not pushy. Our experience was great, he talked us through the whole process and relevant cover for bed & mattress and the deals that were on in store at that time. We have already recommended Dreams to our daughter and she in turn visited the store to make similar purchase all because of the service we received. Josh is very much an excellent sales assistant and has excellent over knowledge of both products and the company.

Welcomed as soon as we arrived, offered tea/coffee, Ben was always there when needed, but left us to think alone or with husband. Never rushed us, which was perfect. As I wandered from bed to bed, made sure my handbag was safe and out of sight. Ensured that we had everything needed to complete the purchase and ensure we had assistance taking non deliverable items to my car. And he had a good sense of humour... needed with us! and a ready smile at all times, which was never forced! Thank you
