We visited Dreams in Perth on two ocassions before making our decision to purchase. On both ocassions we were served by Josh & he was very helpful, allowing us as much time as we required to make our decision without putting any pressure on us.

They really took the time yo understand our needs. We were even given a cup of tea.

Service was quick and helpful. Looked online first to choose a firm mattress then went to the shop to try mattress out but it was not on show. Emma the young salesperson showed us a medium mattress and tried out the mattress. We decided the firm one would be better and while trying out the mattress another salesperson looked online. The sales people were very efficient.

Josh was helpful, not intrusive allowing us to take in the information he gave us before completing the sale satisfied we had made the right decision. We would recommend to others in trying Dreams for Beds and on the knowledge of items from your shop assistants. Maybe he should get a bonus so he can afford to buy one for himself.

I am impressed by the professional, friendly and helpful service of the staff at Dreams. We purchased another bed from Dreams last year and find the staff well trained and susceptive to the needs of the customer, always endeavouring to find the right product that suits.

on entering the store was met by josh very polite NoT pushy,we explained what we were after he was happy too show us our options then left us too try some out,when asked he explained how the different matresses work and the support they gave .josh explained the cost and options and did us a very good deal.

Josh was very helpful and was available for question but didn’t pressure us or follow us and the store which I hate. He was very pleasant

We were welcomed into the store where the assistant quickly understood our requirements and demonstrated a suitable range of products. On selection we were taken through the purchase efficiently and briefed on the options and procedures including delivery. A delivery date was agreed and we were kept informed before the delivery slot, on the delivery date and the delivery was spot on time with two delivery men who knew their job. Great service
