Walked in, were greeted by Steph in a friendly manner. Our needs were ascertained quickly and we were directed to the relevant area of the store. We were then left to browse for a reasonable amount of time and were given necessary assistance when required. Walked out with what we hope will be the right bed for us, and have the peace of mind of 40 day comfort guarantee. Overall an efficient, enjoyable shopping experience.

The salesman Josh was very helpful and considerate of my needs. Extremely professional and it made for a genuinely excellent buying experience.

The advice given on mattress types and sizes were thorough and made a young couple who had never purchased a bed before, feel confident in doing so at an affordable price.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and had full information of all the products without having to go off to enquire. Very clear explanation of all the options and his help and advice ensured we purchased a mattress with which we were most satisfied. Very keen to ensure that we had enough information and showed us how best we could try all the mattresses. Excellent member of staff and would certainly encourage us to return.

Sales assistant showed good knowledge and gave a range of options. Withdrew and gave time and privacy to think and discuss.

Outstanding service. Very patient member of staff, who spent a long time letting me try various mattresses and explaining everything to me both then and whilst I was placing my order. She even gave me a delicious and most welcome cup of coffee!
