Very efficient and nothing was a problem

The assistant Vivian went above and beyond to get the best deal and best products and made us feel very welcome and she was really attentive

on entry we where greeted straight away with grant very nice and happy man not pushing in away way showed us everything he could in out buget then left us to have a think and chat witch was really nice very happy with the service from your store in perth hopefully the delivery goes aswell

Vivian answered all our question in a professional and friendly manner. We went in for a mattress but came out with a new bed. Vivian is a credit to your Perth store.

The staff made it easy for me to see what I needed and what was in my price range plus the assistance that I needed in choosing the proper mattress for my needs

We were given the chance to have a look around the store before being asked if we needed any help which I prefer rather than being ‘pounced on’ straight away. Grant was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and I felt he really cared about finding the best mattress to suit us both. He recommended we try the sleep machine thing which gave us a range of mattresses to try and also gave us pillows with clean PPE. I noticed he sprayed the beds with cleaner after we used them and made sure to tell us ‘no offence’ we have to do this during COVID times. After we’d tried the mattresses we discussed price and Grant then discreetly left us to look at bed frames and discuss by ourselves. Never felt under pressure to buy but really wanted to as Grant had been so helpful! Ended up spending around £2300 and can’t wait to take delivery of our new bed.

We knew what mattress we wanted but salesman was very knowledgeable and although our mattress wasn’t in store let us try a dreams equivalent one, we purchased the brand one which was half price that we had originally wanted but if it wasn’t we would buy the dreams one

Our visit to the Perth store was excellent from start to finish. A member of staff (Vivien) was available as soon as we walked in the door. The store was immaculate, all covid precautions were explained to us and we had Vivien’s full attention from the moment we walked in to the store. We weren’t rushed or pushed into a decision, Vivien was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to understand exactly what we needed (we were clueless). We are very happy with our purchase and with the service we received in store!
