Although I had done my homework on line before I arrived and basically new what I wanted Emma was very friendly and able to answer any questions I had.

I received a good support in choosing the right mattress for my needs and wants. The Dreams employee was really helpful with great knowledge in explaining to me the differences in mattresses. He also had a great customer service skills when providing me with all the information and proceeding my order, while doing this ha has explain all the possible options regard my order. Overall very satisfied with the service that I had received and with the product itself.

The person who served us - Josh - was really helpful and friendly and went out of his way to show us various options for purchase which was two single beds. He also explained the 8-year cover and the option to have the beds set up and cardboard removed (both of which we bought).

Great store layout, warm and welcoming staff (Josh and Steph) that were very willing to help. Not hassled or pressured in any way. Staff were great with my little one.

Josh the assistant in the Perth store was very knowledgable, most helpful and friendly.

Stephanie understood immediately what we required from a new mattress and made some very helpful suggestions. We were extremely pushed for time and she put our order through in minutes. She also had a nice sense of humour, but most of all it was a very pleasant experience. We felt we counted. Thank you Stephanie and whoever had the sense to employ her!

Non Pushy staff knew her products enquired from fellow colleague when required gave us various options asked appropriate questions to understand what we wanted advised us of special offers explained the process. very polite
