Josh the assistant was very helpful, explained the comparisons on mattresses and advised husband who suffers from backache. He wasn't pushy and we didn't feel obliged to buy especially as we went initially for a look and he was so helpful and so was the store manager that we purchased a bed and pillows at the same time.

Friendly, well informed assistant provided required information, without hard selling, which led to purchase of very high quality bed and mattress at great price.

Emma was very friendly and helpful and took the time to help me make the right decision for a mattress. I was being quite fussy but she was very patient and knowledgeable about the products and asked questions to best meet my needs.

I was given a very comprehensive explanation of the differences in the item I was buying. I was never rushed and found that I went away satisfied that I had bought the correct item ( without any doubts ) The member of staff looking after me had a good knowledge of the item I was buying.

Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did not pressure us in the slightest. But helped us to consider what was best for us.

The salesperson was courteous, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable,helpful and patient.

The salesman, Josh was helpful. I really just went into the shop to browse but ended up buying a new mattress. There was no hard sell at all and Josh quickly understood my requirements and helped me narrow the choice pretty quickly. It was a very hot day and I was offered tea or a bottle of cold water which was a nice touch. I also lost my sunglasses in the shop and everyone had a good hunt around with no luck. I did however receive a phone call ten minutes after I left as one of the other assistants had another search and found them. They were really sincere, nice people. All of this is great because I bought a bed for my son ten years ago and had a bit of difficulty with delays in delivering and I was not that happy! He still loves that bed though as it is in my spare room when he comes home to visit. He ll be buying his marriage bed this October. Thanks. I had a nice experience in this new branch.

Steph was patient and helpful in helping me pick a pillow. Gave me space when I needed it and made me feel relaxed

I was extremely satisfied with my shopping at Dreams,the young man who helped us was called Ben and he was so very helpful , nothing was to much of a problem a credit to your store. I once went to Bensons but the customer service was dreadful and that why I went to Dreams.And would definetly recommend them to friends.
