Excellent quality and value for money, friendly and helpful staff couldn’t do enough to help even moved mattress toppers for us to try on our selected beds would definitely use again

Josh was extremely helpful. He was not pushy which was good as i really find this frustrating but he was friendly and directed me to the beds to test which option i prefered. I went in with the view of just looking only. Once i found the mattress i liked Josh then spent time discussing my options, we sat and had a cup of tea and i found the process very easy. I have worked in customer service for a great number of years and always look for high standards when i am shopping and the service i got from the staff in the Perth store was first class. I am now going to take my son into the store into the store with the view of getting him a new bed and will definitely be looking to do this with Josh

Good knowledge of staff member and her ability to interpret our needs and explain all the types of mattresses and pro's and cons. The lack of "hassle" whilst we looked around to try out the beds and view styles. Simple explanation within the store. Made it very easy to find what we needed.

Helped by Josh (Perth store). Had only been there a week but very friendly and helpful. Made sure he listened to our needs and did not rush us in any decisions.

First visit to new store. Were greeted by salesman Ben who was very helpful in steering us towards our choice of mattress. Ben was very knowledgeable about the range of products available and very keen to ensure we made the right choice for our needs.
