Helpful staff

Store very accessible, well laid out, and staff in Perth were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We came into the store twice, once yesterday and then again tonight. The person who served us was so helpful both times and never seemed to be bothered about how much time we were taking to make up our minds. He gave us lots of information and spelled out all the choices available to us, providing lots of things to try etc. different pillows. He was very helpful indeed and very friendly. He stayed 45 minutes over the time when his shift was due to finish (we had asked yesterday what time he was working today and he said until 6.00) so that he could finish serving us and when we realised how late it was and apologised he said no bother at all, all he was bothered about was having a happy customer leaving the shop.

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, listened to what we wanted ,needs and preferences and helped us find the mattress for us rather than sold us a mattress. No presure no hurry, a great experience thank you.

Sales technique was tailored to my needs, not just trying to sell me whatever they could. The staff are friendly and don’t pressure me into a sale. When I returned to place my order the other staff I spoke to were pleasant, explained everything well and everything was overall very smooth.
