The whole family felt like the assistant listened to what we wanted. It wasnt about the sale so much as about getting us what we wanted/needed. The staff member was very clued up on all products and really helped us make an educated decision. We all walked out of the store having ordered new beds and we will certainly be back for the mattresses when the time comes. Top class service.
