Staff were excellent dealt with two different chaps as I made two visits both were equally knowledgeable and professional

My partner and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for a long time now and finally had the opportunity to do so. We went to the shop here in Perth and were promptly greeted by a store colleague who introduced himself to us as Grant. I cannot thank him enough for being very patient and understanding with us, answering all of our questions, explaining various aspects about the mattresses we were interested in, the payment options and just overall making the selection process extremely smooth and easy for us. He offered us water throughout our visit, adhered to the Covid safety guidelines (which made us feel safe and comfortable), he disinfected everything after our use and was just overall absolutely lovely. We did not feel pressured to make any decisions and got to spend as much or as little time as we wanted laying on the different mattresses and see how they feel. We were therefore really happy with our visit and left highly satisfied after buying our brand new mattress.

The sales staff could not have been more helpful. Grant went above and beyond to make our experience a good one.

Our entry to the Store was immediately recognised by the manager but we were left to have a quiet look round before he approached. I liked this way of doing things...and throughout our stay, there was never a feeling of any pressure whatsoever in us having to make a purchase. My idea of perfect salesmanship. The Manager could not have been more helpful and his knowledge of the goods we were looking for was excellent. It was a real pleasure to shop in Dreams here in Perth and having made our choice of mattress, confirmation of delivery date and the ease of which the transaction was carried out, we left the shop totally happy and excited about our purchase. Thank you.

The sales representative was very helpful and didn't try to rush us or push us into an overly expensive product.

Only shown products applicable to our needs so the whole buying experience was completed efficiently and satisfactorily. Also pleased that the delivery time was to our needs.

It was nearly the end of the working day there were not many folks in the shop so the member of staff was able to focus well on my situation. He knew his stuff and I felt he gave good advice. The products on display were well laid out and of a high standard of quality. The salesman (Grant I think) was very professional, there was no rushing of things so I think it went well.
