Headboard delivery isn't until September which is a really long time away and item very expensive for what it is

There is always room for improvement

service was quick helpful and polite

Staff fantastic but the system in place could not give us a delivery date.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes on hold on the phone when I phoned to update my order

Less back and forwards with deals. Be more transparent when making a deal. For instance, say 20% the overal cost rather than 5% off one item, 6.5% off another item etc etc.

2 and half weeks not good delivery time considering it says 5 days on contract

My two matresses are taking two weeks to arrive, that's why.

Not yet received items so not received full service to comment on.
