I was shopping with five year olds and not only did the assistants help with my needs but also helped keep my daughters occupied. I was offered tea or coffee which is not usual and felt it was a stress free relaxing experience which is rare eith five year old twins. R

Even though it was near closing time Colin did not make us feel uncomfortable, very friendly, didn’t rush or pressurise

Colin spent lots of time explaning the different kinds of bases and matresses to us . Happy with our purchase and looking forward to receiving our new bed.

I was satisfied, just not highly satisfied. Two colleagues were busy going between several customers and had to be asked to maintain social distance, but complied immediately - satisfied. Products to be delivered in a month-would obviously prefer sooner but timeframe to be expected - satisfied.
