Would have liked to have been advised by the assistant that I needed to arrange to have sofa bed assembled if I had not phoned the store later to enquire about this I would not have known until my sofa bed arrived.as I am disabled this would have left me with a big problem.hopefully something you will look into apart from that I was very happy with the way I was treated and look forward to receiving my purchase.Thank you.

The bed was a further 6 weeks before delivery. I didn’t want to wait. Now have to shop somewhere else for my bed. Colin was lovely and really helpful

My experience in regards to quality, value for money etc remains to be seen, once the products have been used. This survey would mean more in a month or twos time.

Eric was a very friendly and helpful staff member and did well answering our questions however when we came to pay it took far too long and possibly staff training might be the answer. Luckily we weren’t in a terrible rush as it was it was frustrating waiting.

I would have liked to have time to view more mattresses

I was pleased, but I wouldn't describe it as highly satisfied. I was disappointed that if I wanted two drawers, they both had to be on the same side. This wasnt always the case as my previous purchase came in this style. I was then sold on the sliding door storage style, only to later find out it wasnt available either. Had to pay for 4 drawers. Two of which I cant really use. Not the end of the world, but disappointed none the less.

If I was Highly Satisfied, it wouldn't give you anything to strive for. We purchased pillows as well as a mattress and, quite frankly, they are rubbish. The Doze, Just Like Down pillows although firm, collapse overnight giving no comfort or support.
