Having only tested the product in-store

Despite quoting it a few times my first name is spelt wrong.

The shop staff were great but the gentleman that was assisting myself and my partner to choose a bed appeared to have a short attention span and when asked to explain the difference in bases. He got quite short answered we felt quite pressured in to making a decision for a short period of time

Sales staff were very good. Did their job well.

Although happy with the visit to your store the experience was not more than expected.

You need to push the boat out for me to be highly satisfied

I think the staff were excellent - friendly and competent. It took a while to confirm the order as the staff member had to ask a colleague for assistance but they still provided great service.

Range at lower End of budget

I haven’t received the bed yet so can’t be fully satisfied until then

I can not easily locate the items I was looking for in the store. It took me time to locate the items.
