I had no problems with the assistant I dealt with, however until I have had the chance to get used to the mattress, I wouldn't commit to "highly satisfied", attention at the store seemed good enough, however, not until I have checked out the product fully, over a longer period than a few minutes could I consider a "fully Satisfied" comment. Again, I have no complaints about the in store service, just as long as the end result turns out to be what we were told when placing our order.

Staff are let me feel she dint like to serve me, let me feel so bad, this is my second time go back same store, i got very good service on first time, but this secondtime let me feel I’m don’t She helping.

When choosing my purchase I specified that the bed should have the small wooden legs that were on the unit I viewed in the showroom. When reviewing the Order Confirmation the day after purchase,, I noticed that casters were specified. I called the showroom onTuesday morning and was passed to Customer Services with my complaint. I was told that if I wanted to change the Order it would cost me an extra £50 and the delivery date could.change. My complaint is that I purchased the bed as specified in the showroom with wooden legs and this specification was discussed with the showroom assistant. I am not prepared to pay any extra for something I thought I had ordered in the first place and the original delivery date should stand.
