A very helpful assistant called Stephanie made the experience of buying a new mattress very easy

Went in for a quick look on a whim as our mattress at home is rubbish. Bernadette set us up on the technology bed and found us a perfect mattress in no time. Went home so pleased we found a mattress to suit myself and my partner. Even found two great pillows while we were trying out some beds. First time I've shopped in a store for a mattress as I usually just picked one from online. I now know I love firm bed which I've never known before. Bed shopping was actually such a fun experience and love the bed we found so all in fabulous Saturday shopping at the Cumbernauld store. Would definitely recommend popping in as it was such a great experience and the staff were so lovely.

Bernie (Bernadette) was very friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our needs. She did not 'push' anything, simply set out the benefits of all the products and left it up to us to make a decision, giving payment options, delivery options etc. She explained things in simple terms, let us try different beds, therefore letting us discuss things before making our purchase.
