Assistant was very helpfull explaining everything to us relating to the different beds we tried the other assistants in the shop asked if we would like some water, all had mask's on and social distant when speaking to you, very happy .

Bernadette was lovely friendly and attentive She was very knowledgable about the products and we were made to feel at ease I also felt safe as Dreams cumbernauld had hand sanitisation stations and staff wearing masks and face shields
