The customer service adviser was very knowledgeable on the range of products available. she offered a range of options for me to sample. she was keen to ensure I received approriate information on each item I sampled.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Stephanie. She was friendly and attentive to our needs for the duration of our visit. Although we were unable to book the delivery date we requested Stephanie assured us that she would keep an eye on any cancellations which may make this delivery date possible. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy in the slightest. We were able to take our time and were offered several options to try and consider before making our final decision.
