An enjoyable experience shopping at this particular store in Cumbernauld, Scotland. Colin the Store Manager assisted me at first . He was very helpful. After I selected my purchases , Berny took over to put everything through the computer and to complete purchases. She was like a breath of fresh air. A lovely bubbly girl who made me feel at ease and was very competent in her job. During checkout I was offered a bottle of water which I accepted. It was out of the fridge and very enjoyable. A nice touch.

Very knowledgeable staff member who was very helpful and not at all pushy. This made me comfortable that I had time to choose between beds without feeling rushed or pressured into a sale.
