Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

I had not purchased a bed in a very long time and Dreams was the first shop I visited. I was approached by Eric who made my whole customer experience fully satisfactory. I was not sure what I was looking for and Eric listened to my individual needs and then spent time in demonstrating different products that would meet my needs. Eric was extremely helpful and went out his way to help to let me decide what was the right product to suit me.

Colin was fantastic. He welcomed us as soon as we arrived for our appointment. Was very helpful and friendly throughout and not pushy for a sale at all.

Bernie at the Cumbernauld store was very helpful, she even waited beyond her closing time to allow us time to make final decisions about the beds we wanted to buy for our new house. She was really good at helping us decide what would go best and what deals would allow us to purchase more furniture to match our beds.

We were approached by Eric when we entered the store and told the various aspects of the colour coding. We were then given the opportunity to try out the sleep machine which measured and tells you which mattress would be best for us. We took the advice and bought one of the recommendations. Eric was very attentive and professional throughout.

Berny was helpful, conscientious, & caring. She explained the sleep station, encouraged us to both try a number of different beds. We settled on the one we had in mind before we came in. We were delighted with the service, even though she we in the store on her own, we felt cared for and well attended. Delivery is within a week of purchase, which we are delighted with.
