We were given good information which helped us to purchase the mattress we were looking at. Staff very friendly and helpful (Berny, who dealt with us and also Colin) Being from a retail background myself I appreciated the time and effort of staff in the current retail climate.

It was good. I was quickly assisted by a friendly member of staff who was very attentive to my needs. And please don’t read too much into earlier responses that said that I was satisfied rather than highly satisfied - at the end of the day it’s a shop and I ordered what I wanted. Satisfied is pretty good for me!!

Straight away Bernadette the sales assistant offered us assistance. Asked what time of bed and prior to showing too many did the sleep test in order to narrow the search to the beds that best suited us. She ensured all COVID guideline were followed correctly as well as offering water throughout our visit.

Berny was absolutely brilliant from the get go told her exactly what I was looking for my budget etc she went above and beyond for my needs made the full experience to easy especially during covid situation. She gave me water a pillow made everything so comfortable and relaxed for me, came in nervous knowing the beds could be slightly expensive but I’ve left with a bed after having 2 years bad luck with nearly 7 terrible beds and I can’t wait to get my bed that berny has helped me with walked away with everything I need and more for under my budget I am so pleased and from being nervous to now relaxed and not worried I couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you so much.
