Berny was absolutely brilliant from the get go told her exactly what I was looking for my budget etc she went above and beyond for my needs made the full experience to easy especially during covid situation. She gave me water a pillow made everything so comfortable and relaxed for me, came in nervous knowing the beds could be slightly expensive but I’ve left with a bed after having 2 years bad luck with nearly 7 terrible beds and I can’t wait to get my bed that berny has helped me with walked away with everything I need and more for under my budget I am so pleased and from being nervous to now relaxed and not worried I couldn’t recommend her enough, thank you so much.

I was looked after by Berny and was really impressed with her knowledge of the beds. After being on the bed that tells you the best one to choose she took me round the store and let me lie on the beds that were most suitable. She never hurried me and let me choose the one I wanted ,it will be delivered in two weeks. I also bought everything she told me about and was pleased with my sale, all in all she's a great wee assistant and a really good sales person. Will be back near Christmas for a new double. We came in after looking mattresses online, but were looking forward to trying some and getting advice. Berny greeted us right away and asked if she could help us. She was friendly, chatty and very helpful. She took us to the Sleepmatch machine and explained how it worked. Once we got our results she explained each of them and why they might work for us. She then prepared some PPE on pillows and on each mattress we were to try. Berny explained a little about each mattress before we tried it, and allowed us plenty of time to try them all out. She was very patient as we decided. I spoke to Stephanie, who was also very helpful and explained the structure of the particular mattress I was looking at. Berny told us about the deal they had on in store and helped us choose a new duvet and pillows as well. When sorting out payment, Berny explained our options and we decided to go for finance over 30 months, plus damage cover. We received a discounted mattress cover, which we were very happy with. The process was seamless and the staff very friendly. We were given water, staff wore PPE, and we did not feel rushed throughout the process. Thank you. We cannot wait to get our new mattress.
