She was very patient as we decided. I spoke to Stephanie, who was also very helpful and explained the structure of the particular mattress I was looking at. Berny told us about the deal they had on in store and helped us choose a new duvet and pillows as well. When sorting out payment, Berny explained our options and we decided to go for finance over 30 months, plus damage cover. We received a discounted mattress cover, which we were very happy with.
