Colin who assisted us was warm and friendly, he put us at ease, he delivered the service at a comfortable pass. He was very knowledgeably with regards to beds that maybe suitable for us. Very pleased that I popped into the shop and I will definitely be back.

we were only enquiring about a mattress and was approached by you saleman Colin who show us several and invited us to try them at no time did he try to force to buy one which was good also his knowledge was first class and very helpful , i will be telling all my friend about the first class service i got from your salesman and delivery is going to be quick as i have researched other companys who stated 6 week delivery, Colin deserves a medal for his work as it was most helpful , well done colin.

Manager was very welcoming, explained and offered mattress test to see what was best for us. Showed us the best mattresses for our requirements and showed us to where the type of bed frames we were looking for were in the store. Offered us refreshments. Great customer service and knowledge could not fault.
