Manager was very welcoming, explained and offered mattress test to see what was best for us. Showed us the best mattresses for our requirements and showed us to where the type of bed frames we were looking for were in the store. Offered us refreshments. Great customer service and knowledge could not fault.

we were only enquiring about a mattress and was approached by you saleman Colin who show us several and invited us to try them at no time did he try to force to buy one which was good also his knowledge was first class and very helpful , i will be telling all my friend about the first class service i got from your salesman and delivery is going to be quick as i have researched other companys who stated 6 week delivery, Colin deserves a medal for his work as it was most helpful , well done colin.

Store was clean with hand sanitizer available, all products that I required were on show and available when required. Colin, customer service advisor was patient, highly knowledgeable about the products and very friendly, even offered us a water while we were ordering!
