Stephanie took into account that my mother is disabled. This did not affect our experience in the shop. She did not push more expensive products- she talked about my need. She was very flexible about delivery dates as I am not in Scotland often. This means I can support my mother with the delivery in October (My choice) - and if I can’t be there Stephanie has put in place things to support my mum. Outstanding service.
