explained to Stephanie that we were moving house and didn’t want the bed until early September she understood completely and booked for early September and advised if we didn’t get the keys we could push the delivery back

Berny was an amazing Dream's sales assistant and I would imagine a complete asset to Dreams. She certainly made our purchase of a new bed and mattress a dream and couldn't fault her service, commitment, help and time she spent with us, she was an absolute star.
