Highly satisfied. Staff very friendly and helpful - not pushy

The store had a variety of beds and mattresses. When we entered the store we were greeted by a smile and friendly greeting from Colin, he then let us browse until we needed help. This was good as we did not feel pressured. We were not sure what kind of bed we wanted but managed to decide when colin informed us about extra storage and an offer on the bed.
