I had made an appointment to take my 88 yrs old mother for a new bed. Eric was very good, I explained that she required a lower bed as she was finding it difficult to get in and out of bed and she needed to be able to sit with her feet firmly on the floor as she had already fallen. Eric showed us a selection of bases that were lower and we quickly decided on the no drawer base only on legs. He then used the new technology that told what mattresses were suitable again showing us that were not to deep after trying out several beds she choose Winslet mattress. It was such a pleasure to be served so patiently and nothing was any trouble. It was such a pleasant experience particularly with my aged mother from beginning to the end of our purchase everything was made easy for us with collection and delivery available. Would certainly go back for any purchased required in the future. And I would like to commend Eric who was extremely helpful and patient with My mum.
