Member of staff attentive. All other staff friendly. Offered water. Made sure a fresh bit of paper roll on every mattress and pillow used. Excellent service, clean and safe

Bernadette the assistant at the Cumbernauld store was excellent she took me through all my options and although when we went to place the order the item was not showing availability she worked w]very hard to find what I was looking for. Bernadette called me the next morning to say she had located the bed I was looking for I then went to the store to complete the order. She was very knowledgeable and friendly making the experience a good one for me.
