I had visited Archers next door to dreams first. The sales guys made me feel uncomfortable when I went in. I heard them snigger as I went in. Your guy in dreams was exceptionally professional, made me feel at ease and under no pressure to buy. I’d definitely recommend your store to all my friends

The technology was impressive but the highlight was our assistant Stephanie. She was so knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy.

I was highly satisfied because from the minute I entered your shop your sales assistant Bernadette could not have been more helpful and was such a welcoming friendly person,I will definitely be recommending your shop to any family or friends that are looking to buy a bed...great service!

Very friendly customer service , nothing was a problem

I am filling this out on behalf of my mother-in-law. I was extremely satisfied with Bernie, as she was patient and understanding. My mother-in-law suffers from dementia and Bernie, in my opinion appeared to be aware of this, she continually answered all her repeated questions and reassured her with all her queries. Bernie is a fantastic asset to the company, it was such a pleasure to have been assisted and served by her.

I think it is very difficult to order a mattress online so I telephoned and I was very impressed with the help and guidance I received plus the product I bought was in the sale so reduced which was even better.

I can’t remember the lady that served us name but she was lovely! She works in the Cumbernauld beach and has long dark hair and a three year old. We were looking for a bed for our three year old and had been to a couple of shops before going to dreams and we hadn’t been approached or offered help in anyway but as we walked in the the shop she came over with a huge smile and addressed our son we had with us about Santa ect then asked how she could help. She found us the perfect bed and showed us the recommended mattress for his age and explained why ect! All round just a great experience and that member of staff is why we bought at dreams!

Was well looked after from walking in the door to explaining the sleep machine to trying out the different mattress types very happy with the service been to other places looking for a good one for bad arthritis in my neck and never got anywhere near the kind of customer service in this store

Popped in to look at mattresses and we were given the chance to use the sleep machine. The advisor was so knowledgable and let us try a good range of mattresses that were recommended to us by the machine. We were so impressed by the range and service we ended up with a brand new bed as well as matress!
