the customer service was fantastic, berny and stephanie were excellent at satisfying my needs as the bed i originally wanted had a delivery date that was too far away for me. they showed me great alternatives that i really liked and took care of me and explained everything very clearly. berny processed my order and clearly explained my payment options and helped clearly show all alternatives bed. very happy with the service and my overall trip to the dreams cumbernauld store and I'm looking forward to receiving my bed
