Stephanie provided a superb sales experience. She provided excellent guidance in the daunting process of choosing a mattress along with various options to work in our price range. She was not pushy for a sale which was the main reason we returned to the store same day. This girl is amazing please ensure she is retained.

The sales adviser Bernadette was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't do a hard sell that puts us off. She was able to help us find the right mattresses within our budget without pressurising us.

When we arrived Bernadette greeted us and asked what we were looking for. I explained that due to a condition I have I am often in bed and needed to be comfortable. She really took that into consideration. After I lay on the motion technology bed she showed us a few options and encouraged me to try them out as many times as I needed. It was nice to have someone cheery and helpful and made the experience super easy. I hate shopping so she done really well as I normally get stressed out.

I entered the store to look at sofa beds and beds. Colin was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I purchased a double bed yesterday and feel really confident that it was a great buy. I went back to the store today and purchased a sofa bed. The other 2 members of staff were also very friendly and professional. They are a great team.

Upon entering we were welcomed by Bernadette and we asked to use the sleep match machine. Bernadette entertained our one year old as we did this! She then recommended mattresses etc and we made our decision. We were then interested in a new bed and we actually went for first bed Bernadette recommend which is surprising as my wife is very fussy haha we would not have been able to make the purchase if it hadn't been for the staff entertaining our son for the two hours we were there. The whole process was made so easy and comfortable.
