I was welcomed when I came into store, Eric was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options. Got the right mattress for my needs.

Perfect balance of assistance, product knowledge, product choice, friendliness and all at a local store. Perfect.

We are both pensioners and have not replaced our mattress for at least 15 years so when we came into Dreams we were totally out of our depth with the different varieties of mattresses which were on offer. Thankfully help was on hand with the sales person (Bernadette) explaining what they were all about. It was difficult to take in everything being explained to us but she left us on our own to try out the different mattresses then we said to her that we would go home and think it over. We went back 3 days later, this time a bit more relaxed about what the different mattresses were about and Bernadette came and we whittled it down to maybe 4 mattress. Again she gave us plenty of time to try them out and we we’re able to decide upon a mattress, pillows and mattress cover. We have not got the mattress yet - it will be delivered this Friday.

We understood that being a Sunday there may only be a few operatives available to complete our Credit Application than on a weekday. I visited the store the following day and the transaction was then completed but it didn't affect our delivery date which was great.

On entering the store we were met by staff and aknowledged they had a friendly approach and offered us to look around and if we needed any assistance .

Bernadette was very knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. She is a credit to the store. I have to also mention the Store Manager was chatted to us and was very nice.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by a member of staff, we explained what we were looking for and left the store some time later having purchased exactly what we were looking for, we had a very satisfactory experience
