The salesman Eric knew exactly what I was looking for and explained how the corner sofa bed worked and arranged the delivery at a time that was good for me.

The colleague who helped us was Stephanie and she could not have been more helpful! She was the nicest and most helpful assistant I think I have ever dealt with in a shop. An asset to the company! I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit dreams in the future and I would suggest they ask for Stephanie! Thanks!

Bernadette was extremely helpful and apooraochable. She listened to our background so that she fully understood our circumstances and then offered appropriate products. She gave us as much time as we needed to browse the store ourselves but was always nearby to help out when required. She had the perfect balance. She made the whole process as easy and smooth as possible.

Previously bought a mattress at over £1000 from a competitor , after a few months didn’t feel the mattress was right and received no help with my issue , sales advisor was very aware of that and shared all his knowledge with us , also suggested we have a 40 night trial and if mattress wasn’t right we could select another in store which was handy , also wasn’t a pest or pushy to get a sale, after choosing a suitable mattress I said to sales advisor I would go away to think about it , his reply no problem thanks for your time , no sales chat to push us into a sale .
